چکیده
To produce biodiesel, one of the most important factors is quality oil used in production. However, other such as price and availability should also be taken into consideration. Chicken wastes shows a very promising option for this sector, since it comes from waste. The aim present study was methodology extraction characterization chicken production biodiesel by ethylic transesterification, besides presenting optimization process variables applying RSM involving CCD. investigation performed following evaluation parameters oil: viscosity, density, acidity index, moisture sample, refractive saponification index. For index ester content were evaluated. An optimum point reached where concentration catalyst 2.1% mass, oil/ethanol ratio 1:5.5 reaction temperature 30 ?C; at that point, 95% conversion achieved. At obtained statistical technique p-value 0.05 results found physical- chemical are ANP standards.

Biodiesel Production from Broiler Chicken Waste
Abstract—Broiler slaughter waste has become a major source of pollution throughout the world. Utilization of broiler slaughter waste by dry rendering process produced Rendered Chicken Oil (RCO), a cheap raw material for biodiesel production and Carcass Meal a feed ingredient for pets and fishes. Conversion of RCO into biodiesel may open new vistas for generating wealth from waste besides contro...
متن کاملOptimization of Biodiesel Production from Castor Oil Using a Microwave Via Response Surface Methodology (RSM)
The purpose of this research work was to investigate the optimum operating conditions for biodiesel production from castor oil using a microwave. The Box–Behnken design of experiment was carried out using the Design Expert 7. A response surface methodology (RSM) was used to analyze the influence of the process variables (molar ratio of methanol to castor oil, catalyst concentration, reaction ti...

Biodiesel Production from Crude Cottonseed Oil: An Optimization Process Using Response Surface Methodology
Biodiesel, known as fatty acid methyl ester (FAME), was produced from crude cottonseed oil (triglycerides) by transesterification with methanol in the presence of sodium hydroxide. This process was optimized by applying factorial design and response surface methodology (RSM) with SAS and PSIPLOT programs. A second-order mathematical model was obtained to predict the yield as a function of metha...
